Education : Any Graduate - Any Specialization, BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field. An MBA is often requested as well.
SkillSet: Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or Senior Business Development Executive in IT Company, Proficiency in English, Market knowledge, Communication and negotiation skills, Ability to build rapport, Time management and planning skills.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager. You will be a part of a creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have atleast 4 years of experience in Business development
- Getting the business from the New clients, existing clients or from prospective clients by networking, advertising
- Convince them to get the projects from the clients
- Follow up with the prospective clients and converting them to potential clients
- Have to handle team of Business Executive
- Should have knowledge of the market and competitors, to identify and develop the company’s business
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
